I selected the “Bathing ritual” at the Watershed for my first time on my birthday yesterday. Jonah was amazing and super insightful and showed me around and answered any questions I had making me feel completely at ease and comfortable. It was a magical experience and I enjoyed every minute of it! Highly recommend!! It was SO relaxing and I can’t say enough good things about it! AMAZING!! Definitely will be back soon!

Wow, wow, wow, MPLS is really lucky to have this gem. I rarely post reviews but holy cow no one should skip out on this place. I visited Watershed for the first time on Thursday and immediately scheduled a second visit for Saturday. The entire experience is serene, meditative, and soul quenching. The spa attendants explain the whole process in a very welcoming manner and there are visual cues throughout in case you miss something. I found the bathing session to be the best relaxation value/dollar I’ve ever spent. Nearly 3 hours of near silence (with chill background tones), dim lighting, beautiful ambiance mixed with exposed architecture, inspirational books, and oracle decks, while surrounded by others seeking the same peace. There is a mediation/nap room if you need a break from water/heat, along with plenty of water and light dried fruit. I highly recommend Watershed to anyone who uses bathing or saunas as a relaxation tool. You leave with your nervous system durned down about 10 notches. Also no pics because no phones are allowed in the baths which was awesome.

I went to Watershed yesterday and had the best massage of my life. I woke up this morning still in awe of how amazing I feel. Ty provided the type of massage I hope to find but am always disappointed at other places around the country. I named the massage Purr and Pain massage. At times you feel like a kitty purring and at other times I had to breathe through the pain of working out knots I didn’t even realize I had. He worked on points I knew I had trouble but still gave attention to my whole body. I will go back. After my massage, I enjoyed the warm bath, steam room, sauna and the cold plunge. I love the fact that you finish your day with a salt scrub. My skin and body have never felt better. Plus, I always know when it’s a great spa day when I’m totally famished when I leave. After a good lunch, I went home and my body felt like jello. Wow! What a completely amazing day! Keep up the great work!
