New furnace 1-2 years ago, and recently a new AC. Regarding both experiences plus a couple earlier problems: The Quality of Service in all measurable categories was superlative, and it was a pleasure to engage them. I wish Jeff Johnson were my neighbor.
I once compared prices and found them somewhere in the mid-range, I think. Okay, fine----but is getting a 'great' bargain something you want when searching for a surgeon? The price rating systems don't tell me much, unless some outfit's prices are so off-the-charts they include a catered lunch.
