They come by and solve, what turned out to be a simple, problem with our home heating system. Arrived a little before scheduled time (yea) and was courteous and efficient. We used Shelton Refrigeration & Heating and Air about 2 years ago and was happy then and remain so today.
They were especially super flexible when we messed up our availability to have someone come take a look at our air conditioning problem. Courteous technician. on time, super friendly and took the time to inform us of all our selections. let's go now everyone
The installer was prompt and very informative regarding the model and rebate program yet not aggressive to try to sell their product. He is professional and the price he gave us was competitive.The installation technicians did a great job despite having minimum space to work with. Not only they finished on time but also cleaned up afterward
