Absolute godsend! Saved my oops big time! Put in a request for a quote online and he was emailing me back within 10min, out to my place of work in an hour, and only took a little longer than expected as my 2008 Buick Lacrosse was acting difficult when pairing the new keys. Super resourceful, kind, courteous and professional. Cut me 2 keys and 2 new fobs programmed for $200 less than Westside VW quoted me a year ago for ONE key on my old VW switchblade fobs (and that didn't have remote start). I hope I never lose a car key again, but if I do, I wont have to fear. Thanks Shane!!
