The Riverside Park Plaza Building houses several pediatric specialty clinics that offer exceptional care to infants, children, and adolescents, including the Lions Children's Hearing and Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Clinic and the Minnesota Lions Children's Eye Clinic, as well as other services. The building is located on the west bank of the Mississippi River, across the street from M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital.

This is a park for everything, including a football field, basketball courts, tennis courts, and BBQ areas. It also has a walking path, biking trails, and is dog-friendly. However, it can be hard to find parking, especially before noon when it’s busy.
