This was a few weeks ago. My drop off laundry was supposed to be done by Friday at 5pm but I never got a text saying it was completed. I swung by Saturday afternoon to try and pick it up but it wasn’t done/they were backed up on their drop offs. Wish I would have known/been alerted since they have a text message system in place. I thought maybe they just forgot to send the pick up text. Then they actually did forget to send the pick up text until I called Sunday to ask and they sent the text while I was on the phone with them.

Machines that take both quarters and electronic forms of payment. Dryers are $1.50 which is amazing compared to other places. Sizes of machines are good. Staff always available and nice. Machines are often broken.

So, I haven’t actually used their services, but when calling to get a quote on how much it would cost, i’ve been hung up on twice? All I have said is “Hi I’m hoping to get an estimate” and the call disconnects. I’m hoping this is just some error or glitch or something, but without any kind of pricing online, and not being able to call for an estimate it’s hard to justify bringing the items by.
