i called them in an emergent situation because bees had nested in my AC vent which halted my HNAC install. They were very courteous and responsive. Because of an outside entry point, it ended up that the condo management company would handle the extermination so Professional Pest Control didn't come out. But they were very courteous and understanding. Should I need their services in the future, hey will be my first call. Thank you!
I was referred to Rick Professional Pest Control Inc. by a buddy i work with. He went around the house, up on the roof, in the house, and even under the deck. He actually took video of all the entry ways into the home, and educated me on how rodents get in. Rick did a great job, sealed everything, cemented, caulked, and boarded up all the entryways there were. Rick is extremely professional, got straight to work, and did a thorough job. His attention to detail was excessive, but greatly respected. He truly is an expert in pest control, and provides a damned near permanent solution to your pest control issues. We were extremely happy with Richard's service & results. While not cheap he came & sealed our home against rodents in the attic & basement & we haven't had any since. Highly recommended.
