I had a terrific experience with Pilgrim Cleaners at Dupont in Minneapolis. I had to go into the hospital & thought I'd drop off a heavy quilt for cleaning. Had to stay in the hospital for many days & forgot about the quilt. It took me over a year to go back to claim it, during which time TIERRA, the manager, called me to gently remind me I might want to pick it up. I couldn't make to trip to that part of town so Tierra arranged for their driver in my location to pick it up & deliver it to me. Thank you Tierra, you went out of your way to help me while I was ill & I appreciate it so much!. Highly recommend the exceptional service at this business!

I am very impressed with the customer service from the Pilgrim Cleaners Team (Specifically Daphne). I brought in a curtain panel that had a tough stain and in the process some thing went wrong. She followed up quickly and resolved the issue for me in such a professional way! I will always be a Pilgrim Cleaners customer! Thank you!

2019 - the staff seem much more informed and professional. I've put their a few orders since my last review. Things are great with this location now!

2018 - The staff seem a bit under trained and oblivious. Getting details about pricing took over 30min
