You know how you have that perfect pair of boots? The ones that you can walk in all day, look good with everything in your closet, and fit just right? After a dozen years of heavy use, mine were not only worn out but also irreplaceable. They were no longer made. Old Alex brought them back to life and they are now better than brand new. I am so happy that they could be restored. Service and communication were great and the pricing was quite reasonable. I am very happy and will definitely be back!

I took two pairs of Frye boots in and Alex did a phenomenal job on the repairs. One pair he rushed for me, and the other that had extreme damage took just a little over a month to repair. They went from having holes in the bottoms through every layer of the soles, to being like brand new! I am so happy with them and they are gonna last forever now! Thx Alex, you rule!

I came to Alex at Old World Cobbler with a pair of brand new La Ducas. I’m a newish dancer who decided to spring and get a pair and was struggling with the suede bottoms. Alex made the time to rubberize the soles for an audition I had coming up and they look absolutely stunning. I’m always afraid with such expensive shoes what can happen, but he treated the leather with such respect and gave me back shoes that will last me years and years to come! I’m very grateful for his work and highly recommend!
