Mai did a beautiful job at doing my lashes when the appointment finally got scheduled. She changed on me 4x the week before my wedding. I scheduled an appointment to get them removed due to an inflamed eyelid and lots of irritation and she didn’t even bother showing up. When contacted about the appointment, she said oh sometimes appointments don’t come through on her phone. I scheduled 2 days in advance. If it’s such a problem, she should get a new system. I went somewhere else to get the removed. I will never do lashes again. I’d suggest going elsewhere to have them done.

I loved the results! In the past, I’ve gotten lash extentions but it was a horrible experience, I remember the glue stinging and the lashes feeling heavy. The experience here was completely different! May did a wonderful job at creating full wispy lashes, with no gaps. The lashes also didn’t feel heavy and the application was both seamless and painless. I would definitely recommend her!

Made an appointment with the owner weeks ago for an 8am this morning. She didn't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone or call me the day before to let me know she had to cancel the appointment. Her voicemail was all full and I couldn't leave a message. I left her a text message. I waited outside for almost 25 mins before i finally left. I'd be careful about booking appointments with her. Should call the day or two before to confirm the appointment. Luckily, I don't live TOO far and I had brought this on Groupon so I asked for a full refund. Will not be going back to try her place. Terrible experience.
