The CNM's and midwives are very helpful and provide great comfort during prenatal visits and difficult deliveries. The staff is compassionate and goes above and beyond to ensure patients receive the best care possible. They hold hands through painful processes, give hugs, and coordinate with other teams to get patients the help they need. The clinic's care is more important than its building interior, which may be a little dark and dated. The doctors, including Dr. Ralph and Dr. Darnell, and nurses, such as nurse Paige, are highly praised for their kindness, compassion, and dedication to their patients. They make patients feel heard, important, and seen, and are always willing to answer questions and address concerns. Overall, M Health Fairview Women's Clinic provides outstanding care and is highly recommended. My doctor is really great, I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated by the clinic staff's lack of concern and lack of desire to help the patients. Why be in healthcare if you don't want to help people.
Been having a SCH in my pregnancy . I seen Dr Ralph today for a follow up following a scare . First id like to say darrah was the on call and she fit me in a very busy schedule to reassure me that my baby was okay . While seeing Dr Ralph , she made me feel so comfortable and eased my fears . This has been a scary ordeal so to learn the resident and midwife understood that and realized how tired I am from all of this was very reassuring . They listened to me and reassured me my baby was okay . I do have a follow up Thursday but for now I’m relaxed a bit and feeling way better
This was the most exceptional care I’ve ever had. I came into the ER experiencing a second trimester miscarriage and was transferred up to the women’s health specialists clinic. All of the doctors and nurses there were wonderful, kind, and caring. Held my hand through the pain, gave hugs, and ensured that I didn’t have to suffer through this whole process. The whole nursing/OB staff spent day and night making phone calls on my behalf to coordinate with all the teams to help get me the surgery I needed even though they were completely booked up.
