My son’s appointment was at 9:30 they didn’t bring us back till 9:43, then proceeded to make us wait past 10am to be seen. Front staff is rude and wears Nike sandals like they’re in Florida on vacation. Totally unprofessional. Don’t come here.

My son goes to fairview because he has leukemia. When his hair all fell out, they made an appointment for him to see the dermatologist because it exposed a weird mole. So months later he finally got in...yesterday jan 9th. Great it isnt cancer. It took all of 2 seconds for the diagnosis. Then the doctor explaned to him that because of the chemo drugs he is on he is more likely to get skin cancer and continued on to how deadly that skin cancer is... F i n g r e a t. Hey kid! If I could give zero stars, I would. Scheduled a 2pm appointment and showed up at 1:30pm to be told we were late. No communication of appointment change, but what is new about M Health Fairview. The doctor tried telling us that the technician went home at 1pm because they didn't think we were coming at they "start at 6am." OH BOY, 7 hour day must be rough. We needed an infant sweat test for cystic fibrosis, but the doctor offered to still see us but the test was off the table. Not going to pay extra money for nothing when M Health Fairview is the poorest run hospital unit I have dealt with. Won't be surprised if we receive a bill for not even being seen or tested.
