Front desk staff Shukri was very helpful and patient with my dad while scheduling his appointment and making sure he was informed about which doctor or nurse he would be meeting with. The pharmacy staff is the best in the twin cities. They are kind, courteous, expedient with pharmacy orders, they are very professional and respectful to the very diverse community that go there and they really know their stuff.
And they genuinely smile there, to me that's important and that's why I go there.
However, the doctors there could learn a thing or two from the pharmacy staff.
The staff are simply amazing people that are both professional, but also very kind-hearted and sincere about it! Throughout my medical/transitiong journey, I've been to a ton of clinics and doctor visits, but I have to say that Smiley's Clinic has been the best experience this far!
