I highly recommend him for home inspections. He was exceptionally thorough and took the time to examine every detail of the property. His explanations were clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand, and he made sure I felt informed throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions — and I had many — with patience and expertise. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine effort gave me full confidence in the results of the inspection.

Adam was a pleasure to work with on my first-time home inspection! My realtor recommended him, and I'm glad they did. Scheduling was a breeze and flexible with my schedule for the walkthrough. Adam gave me a thorough overview, walked me all over the home and pointed out the things that might need some work. You can tell he cares about homes and maintaining them, and about being thorough (he looked at everything). Adam took plenty of time to answer my questions – he was not over-scheduled, and was friendly and patient. Just a real nice guy. The full report (including drone photos of the roof!) arrived later that night, and he does radon inspections too. Definitely recommend.

My real estate agent recommended Adam from Leaf Building Services. He was professional and very polite. He arrived in a pair of workers coveralls, so I was hopeful it would mean he would be thorough. I could not have asked for a better home inspection. He was incredibly detailed in his inspection, and provided corresponding photos to back up any recommendations he found. He covered EVERY inch of the house, including the roof and attic space, where he discovered possible damage no one else would have seen. I have had 6 home inspections over the years and I would say with certainty that Leaf Building services is at the top of the list. Highly recommended
