I've been going to Mayowa for 5yrs now; by far, she has the BEST customer service! When I look for services; I look for consistency and expertise with the particular service im receiving. It's definitely the whole experience for me...the professionalism, cleanliness, being able to relax and wake up looking more beautiful than before lol. Lash Haus will always have my support!-Monique
Edit: I haven’t had the time to reach you back Mayowa, but thank you so much for crediting me back the $40, I really appreciate it and your customer service!First time getting lash extensions. Made an appointment for a natural Classic set with Dede and talked about having natural looking lash extensions....got charged for the price of a voluminous set at the end of the appointment ($140 vs $100 for a natural set). It didn’t seem right but I assumed there was a misunderstanding and she thought it was for a voluminous set and is what she did so I paid it without making a big deal about it.
