The overall experience with KMS was excellent. Everyone from scheduling to service was personable. Alex did amazing work with duct cleaning, furnace cleaning/assessment, and dryer vent cleaning. He did a great job of explaining what he did and what he found during the process. We definitely plan to use KMS in the future.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I just purchased my first home/condo and my realtor recommened KMS. I was impressed they were able to get me scheduled in such a short time. I wanted to get the ducts and vents cleaned prior to my actual move in day and before my new dryer was delivered.Very professional and informative service person came out and explained everything to me. Even told me when he sucked up 2 dead mice from the floor vents. Yuck!. So glad I had KMS come out and clean everything.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
