J.C. Miller & Sons Inc. is a concrete business that delivers incredible work and excellent quality for a very competitive price. Customers describe the team as highly professional partners who are professional and kind in their conduct, with fantastic communication. One customer shared that the price was extremely reasonable, and that the team was very patient, handled glitches with professionalism, and really listened. Another customer was super excited about a new staircase and retaining wall, noting that when they missed a spot, they came out and remedied it quickly. A customer who moved into their house about a year ago worked with a landscape planner on a somewhat unique design that fits the house well. They reached out to several companies for quotes, and J.C. Miller was by far the best at listening to their needs, understanding their vision, and giving professional opinion on how best to execute. The team arrived early each day, checked in often, and got so much work done so quickly and so well. When a delivery driver walked on freshly poured concrete, the team immediately came back to assess the damage and fix the footprints, and were incredibly supportive through a stressful claim process, going above and beyond as partners. Another customer was happy with a new patio, though communication and follow through were a challenge, with a delayed railing re-install, no communication, and no clean up, leaving nails, a planter, dirt, and stains, with railings installed so loose they could be shaken, earning an overall B-. Another customer was very happy with the steps, sidewalk, and garden wall installed last summer, citing a competitive bid and quality work.
