I've had 4 massages at Halo and have had a different massage therapist each time and they have all been amazing. Every time I book I just do the soonest available technician and have never been worried because they're all great at their job. After each massage I've had here, the massage therapist has instructed me on different stretches or to take Epsom salt baths afterwards to soothe any soreness and prolong the effects of the massage which surprisingly I haven't had happen at other places I've received massages at. I love the incorporation of holistic practices into the massages like lighting palo santo at the beginning of the massage and that there's a focus placed on healing from the inside as well as the body.
The space is gorgeous, with the comfy couches in the lounge areas, the plants and crystals throughout each room, and the high ceilings and spacious massage rooms. Sometimes the environment can be loud with the creaking floorboards but it's never been an issue for me.
It's also very affordable compared to a lot of other massage studios in the area, I appreciate that there's no tiered pricing and the price you see on the website is what you pay unlike other spas that surprise you at check out.
I've recommended Halo to many people and no one has ever been disappointed.

I got a 45 min derma planning with Adrianna! She’s literally so gentle and takes her time to explain what she’s gonna use and the benefits. I definitely recommend her!

I feel weird leaving a bad review because there are SOOOO many good ones.
But my experience does not fall into the good box.
I scheduled a deep tissue - medium pressure massage. I usually go to Asian massage places and their hard is really hard so I opted for medium since I have never been to Halo before.
But this place is definitely not for someone looking for a good deep muscle relief massage.
I specifically asked for a well rounded massage touching on all points rather than spending an hour on my back and requested foot and ankle work. I also communicated I like a deeper massage because I am fat and because my muscles are rather dense.
I had to stop the masseuse to ask if she was applying medium pressure because honestly it felt like that shit they do when they run their hands back and forth above your body to balance your energy.
Even after she went deeper The pressure was more like what someone doing a relaxation massage would want with a mix of take a deep breath instructions every now and then.
I did not get any neck, shoulder, front of legs or Arm deep massage. my feet got about a total of 3 minutes basically rubbing oil on them.
And the floor was creaking the entire massage so definitely not a relaxing or relief session.
Basically, I got petted for an hour and half, had to pay to park and was up charged for deep tissue work. After the up charge, taxes and parking the visit was $179
Will not be back. The reason I gave 1 stars is because everyone was really nice and booking was easy.

This was the absolute best massage. The table was so comfortable. It seemed like an added layer of memory foam that enhanced the experience. Emma was amazing at what she does. She was very communicative throughout the session on what is happening and checking in on me. She was able to help me relax to the point that I fell asleep. For the first time in my life, I left a massage place actually feeling more relaxed, limber and relieved from some neck pain. This experience has been ineffable.
