Excellent Service! Belinda is very talented at what she does and is very sweet as well. We had great conversation and it felt like a friend was doing my hair. She truly stands my the name "Hair Is", enduring that that your hair is exactly what you want it to be. She does everything from dreadlocks to kinky twists to finger waves. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.
