I am a single healthy , 72 1/2 years of age, white female on a fixed income. My career has been in floral design, using my hands to create. I retired in the Summer of 2018:In the Spring/Summer of 2020 I began to develop a soreness in the ring finger of my right hand. The soreness was in the connection of my finger to my hand and what I thought went into the knuckle . I thought arthritis, settled in to keeping as active as possible for as long as possible. The pain became worse as did the catching, which I was told by a friend it was “ trigger finger “ .
