“Tatum colored and cut my hair and I love it! I am 60+ yrs old and my hair is thin and was dry and not looking great. Tatum put some lowlights in my grey/blond hair and did a very adventurous short cut. We braved it together. I have gotten so many compliments. She took care and time to show me each step of the way what she was doing. I was all in and very happy that I was as I am thrilled with the new look.“

“This is in response to the review a few hours ago by Timothy Bands. First of all, I'm usually the only white person there also and I'm always treated very well.
Secondly, Tiwanna is from Gary, Indiana, so I don't know what you heard (maybe voices on your head?) but she only speaks English.
Thirdly, if you had on mascara when you came in for your appointment, like I did, you have to wash that stuff off before you get your lashes or they're not going to stick well. Or if there's some goop on your lashes, same thing. It's just standard practice.

I've been coming regularly to see her for about 2 months, every 3 weeks, and her fingers have never smelled like anything, so perhaps sensory hallucinations also?

“I moved to Minneapolis last year and had a hard time finding a lash tech I really liked. This place has been the best experience by far. I tried someone else who was cheaper after my first visit, but the quality here is so much better, so I came back--and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere is so relaxing. She usually plays music while doing my lashes, which I love. Since I'm often rushing or squeezing in an appointment during my workday, this has become my little moment to unwind. Sometimes I fall asleep. She provides blankets and a comfortable chair, making it a cozy experience. There's usually some kind of deal going on, which is super nice given how expensive everything is these days. No complaints at all--I'm just so happy I found her. I get tons of compliments on my lashes.“

“I booked an 11am appointment on a Sunday morning, right at opening. When I arrived there was already 4 people seated and started. At least 3 people walked in without appointments but all 3 were serviced before me. The guy who eventually did my nails was new and very apologetic, offering a free design which i declined. I was pressed for time and couldn't try both services due to that, but Tran made it somewhat better. The young lady who works the desk was very friendly and gave me a 15 dollar gift card for my inconvenience. I will go back because I believe in 3 strikes.“
