I've been a member at Massage Envy for years. I know how of many good therapists that's left the company but to make matters worse if I cancel my account I have 30 days to use all my credits, which are a lot. So their good therapist are always booked out 3 to 4 weeks buy I have 30 days to use over 12 credits? NOT COOL MAN!!

I'll keep this short woke up early used there app made appointment for 10 ... show up to find out the app doesn't work to make appointments ... what is the point of having a website/app if it doesn't work ... appointment got taken now I'm out of luck ... and they couldn't even find the profile I made. Do not use that app just call them

I'm not one to do reviews but this experience was rough. I walked down the stairs do 5-6 women behind the desk talking and laughing, no problem. The lobby filled up and as I am sitting there waiting for a massage these women are all complaining about how many minutes they have left in their shift. Not kidding, "I only have 4 minutes left, I hope no one calls!" And complaining about how when the phone would ring they would moan before picking it up and complain about how they only have three minutes left and didn't want anyone to call. Then, would hang up the phone and gossip, laugh, and complain about the person on the other line and what they were asking about. Meanwhile...read full review
