    BEWARE - EXPANSIVE WILL SAY WHAT IS NEEDED TO GET YOU TO COMMIT. My business earned a contract to do development work on an IOT device. We planned on mounting an antenna on the roof of a building in downtown Minneapolis in order to do some field testing. Expansive promised me that they have the infrastructure to support this project, and got me to commit. I payed a deposit along with additional rent to have access to the roof space. After a month of trying to get the antenna installed with very little support from Expansive, they could not accomodate at all and refused to refund me for the month that I had paid in advance.
