He said he would email the report right after he is done with inspection but he didn't and he didn't answer his phone when I was trying to get report next day! He takes the money and forget about the service! Don't recommend him!

How can an inspector of a supposed 35 years not know about pop out windows. His review of my home was less than commendable. He needs to remember he is messing with lives on both sides of the fence & his knowledge should be up to date!

This inspector didn't know what pop out windows are & sadly has 35 years of inspection experience. He nit picked on the tiniest things also. His poor knowledge lost our sale.
