Medicaid Elderly Waiver covered a few hours housekeeping. A week earlier, a representative phoned & agreed to come to my home between 10 and 11 am. They phoned at 11:30 to say they were at home, 1/2 hour away.I told them I was unable to wait around for them; that I needed reliable help.
