I had my first experience with craniosacral therapy and energy healing today with Helen Buron. I have been in Helen's breathwork classes so already knew I loved her style and appreciated her gift for this work. Today's session was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had. Sarah L. Is nothing short of a miracle worker 💪. She is excellent at deep tissue massage and cupping. I highly recommend. I was referred to her by a friend and now one of my other friends goes to her as well on my recommendation. Sarah is a delightful person with great wisdom and patience and kindness.
