Didn't get to play because they were hosting a tournament, but the two gentlemen at the pro shop were ultra nice, and helpful in getting us a tee time at another local Minneapolis course. I purchased a logo ball and a ball marker at Columbia Golf course for that reason.
Played Columbia Golf Course for the first time. I’m pretty new to golf, so the narrow fairways made it a real challenge—you’ve gotta keep it straight or it’ll punish you quick. But honestly, that’s half the fun. Price wasn’t bad either, especially with a cart.
I’ve lived in Minneapolis my whole life and somehow never made it out here before. I’m usually just at the driving range, but the course itself was beautiful and well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back to give it another shot.
Pros: Good course design. Each hole felt unique.
Cons: Slow play, no ranger. Some holes were in pretty rough shape. Had to have carts in 45 minutes before sunset so we didn't get to finish our round. Expensive for city course.
