thank u soooo much for your tips! my prized inherited grandfather wallclock that I've enjoyed since a child had 3 chimes jam. so after a few a few attempts, i took your tip on the chime weights and it worked! it started chiming and i started crying with joy to hear it again! What can I say? They throw a mean Friday the 13th party! In all seriousness, Clockwork Active Media Systems is great. If you read up on them, you will begin to think that they must be a fab place to work. They win all kinds of workplace and quality of life awards, they have a fun website (Follow them on FriendFace!), and an awesome sense of humor.
