I hadn't been to the dentist in ten-plus years before September of 2023.My teeth were in horrible condition to the point I could no longer eat three meals a day.Eventually, I was in so much pain that I realized how dangerous it was. My teeth were damaged throughout my entire mouth and some of the nerves were vulnerable.Before I started getting dental work done I was eating less and less. Poorly run and managed, and prioritize money over patients. Came into my cleaning only for the dentist and front desk person to decline seeing me and instead harass me because my insurance hadn’t paid a previous claim. Dr. Koerner recommended I “get a new insurance because the one I have is difficult to work with” …. Like I have a choice who my employer selects as a carrier.I ended up submitting the claim for them and it was paid in less than a month, after nearly 6 months of them texting, calling and emailing me about it.Giving three stars because the hygienists were very nice & competent, otherwise I’d recommending finding a different dental practice.

Dr. Koerner and her team and professional and thorough. She helped bring my teeth back in shape after I neglected regular cleanings in my 20s. Great location, they work with your schedule, and they play the Current on the radio!
