If you want a great haircut at a great price, you need to go see Fatama. She has been cutting my hair for years. Cheaper than Great Clips or Fantastic Sams and the quality of the haircut is ten times better.
Fatima is fantastic! My son has gone to her repeatedly since his last barber retired. He'll even wait until he's home from college to get his cut. We've also referred several others to Central Cuts. Go see her!
