Sasha at Calista Care has worked magic in making pain management much more accessable to me through their extremely skillful and intuitive massage practice.
I am much more aware of what is physically going on in my body after seeing them regulary for about a year and am so grateful for the support in that progress.
The atmosphere is great and the care feels very intentional and solid.
