Losing my great-grandmother was incredibly hard, but working with Rob (the son) at Billman-Hunt made the process so much easier during such a painful time. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and incredibly informative. He walked us through every step of the cremation process, answered all of our questions with compassion, and truly made us feel supported.

During a very intense moment in my life the Billman and Hunt Funeral Chapel was there to assist me at every turn. I was lost , as one is, when I received the phone call of my dad passing. As a 29 yr old, I didn't know the process I needed to go through to handle this matter properly. Mr Rob Sr. was my saving grace. He was so patient with me after hearing about my dad but most of all he took care of me like a father would. He handled the hard part, keeping me informed along the way and made this a smooth transition to get my dad back to me.
