Soooo frustrated with Best Care administrative staff! As a Client of Best Care working to onboard Home Care staff has been a nightmare. My care staff team have not received onboarding materials and information in a timely manner, phones are rarely answered during business hours, emails via their website have never been returned. Internally it seems there is a disconnect between staffing departments, creating even more confusion on my behalf as a client.
I hear my care team frequently mention trying to contact anyone at Best Care for employee questions go unanswered or they can’t reach anyone at the office.
Was employed several years in a supervisory role. Not sure why I stayed so long. Clinical nursing director was extremely unprofessional - I don’t tolerate name calling. Promises were made by the company repeatedly with no follow through. I at times didn’t feel office staff cared much for clients served. Best Care doesn’t exist with thus company, in my opinion.
The attention to my 94 year old mom’s care through Best Care has been exceptional. We have had experience with multiple home health agencies and Xong and her team has stepped in to be sure my mom is receiving the care she needs even where other agencies have let us down. They have gone above and beyond. The nurses have made my mom feel comfortable and cared for and have provided services for her that have gone beyond what was expected. As her case worker Xong has made recommendations that she feels are better for my mom that have cost her and her agency personally. I am so grateful.
