This was the best tax filing experiences that I have had. My preparer was very knowledgeable, she explained some information about IRA and Roth accounts that I was confused about , and she explained what she was doing as we were going through the process . This was my first time with this agency but I would, without exception refer my friends and family here. I will also add that given my previous preparer who had no contact with clients after you download your tax information ( even when you needed to provide additional information or had questions there was no contact) the personal touch and ability to ask questions was greatly appreciated.

The best decision we made for getting our taxes done. Nickelle listened to our concerns and seamlessly entered our tax information. Afterwards she gave us helpful information to help with our 2023 tax liability and offered a check-in mid-year. Will continue to use this company.
