Love everyone here, from my psychiatrist to the person who evaluated me for ADHD. I’ve only done virtual visits so I can’t speak to their offices and how easy it is to find them or park. The folks in reception and working the phones are a mixed bag, with some being super kind and patient and some being much less so. But really, the only reason it’s 4 and not 5 stars is because I think their portals for patients and bill payment could be better and more useful. But all that said, I would recommend ACP to anyone who needs mental healthcare, specifically medication management. When I reach out via the online form someone reached out to me by 1-2 business day.. and they were able to set me up with someone and she is awesome .. Understanding and listen ti my concerns and ask me the right questions and support..
