I definitely recommend Luis and Vicente at Alvarado's. They replaced carpet with wood flooring in our upstairs half story and redid our stairs with new wood treads and primed risers. They were very professional and the work looks great. They were good about communicating any additional steps or costs that came up and were a pleasure to work with.
I got a few estimates for my maples floors to be redone. I ended up using Alvarado's and I am happy with the results. They are friendly, engaging and consultative. I had some timing issues they were willing to work with and they were flexible to my needs. My floors are now new looking, removed the sun fading and repaired a couple boards that were loose. I highly recommend them!!
