Not only was the receptionist service unprofessional, just making an appointment was met with negative comments, telling me Groupon sold too many coupons and they were booked out several months--which put the next appointment past the deadline for the Groupon. They did say they'd still honor the Groupon however, but again with whining commentary. I also learned that they were unable to do my husband and I at the same time, much less the same day; seems they only do one 90 minute massage per day. I purchased a groupon for a 90 minute massage at 8th Chakra Massage & Bodyworks back in September, 2012. It was set to expire in January, so I called in December 2012 to make an appointment. I was shocked to learn that they were booking out to April!! Not wanting to lose my money, I took an appointment for 4/25/13. I was assured that my groupon would not expire due to their inability to book me sooner. Well, April 25 came and just before my 10 am appointment, the massage therapist called to cancel!!! She said she was ill and had to reschedule me. She said she had openings the following Sunday but when I said I would take any time on Sunday, she said she didn't... read full review

Horrible Business! It took me over a month to get an appt. for a Groupon I purchased. When I got there for my appt. they were not there I waited over a half hour before I called the 1800# to get a lady telling me they had to cancel my appt. .... well no kidding! I asked to reschedule and it took another month to get back in. The day of my appt I get a phone call to cancel again. I left message with groupon and will NOT be setting up another appt.
