Minnesota friends if you are ever moving do not use a company called, You Move Me or they might be calling themselves 360 Wow Inc. now. I had a box of vintage, high end pennants lost/stolen as well as damaging my recently redone floors. I had agreed on a settlement with them and they declined to honor it. They sent it to their insurance company for the floors, and I told them if they went that route then I would wait until their independent contractor and would take what he said the damage estimate was. It was ten times the original agreed upon settlement and now they are responsible for that. The insurance company said they are only responsible for the physical damage to the floors and that the company was responsible for the lost/stolen items. I’ve reached out to them at least five times and they are ignoring me. They are a worthless, cheating company. I already reported them to the Better Business Bureau and now I’m considering filing a small claims lawsuit against them. You lost /stole part of a life long collection that I worked long and hard to collect. I won’t let you get away with it and I hope my Minnesota peeps spread the word so this lousy, morally bankrupt company can’t do it to someone else.
