Bottom line upfront BLUF! From their employees to their dispatch is hands down the reason I’d recommend them OVER and OVER AGAIN!!!! If you are fortunate to be in their service area, CALL THEM! No hesitation!! I’ve had my sewer line freeze up twice this year. First time I used a company out of St Cloud. Even though they were quick for service and got me running again, the price was 4x too high and they cleared it out of my basement rather than outside. Septic Check had the same customer service if not better than the other company but their procedures were far superior!!! Don’t waste your time shopping around because money or skill cannot compare!
Septic Check has been amazing! Melissa and Eric were the first ones that we were in contact with, and they were fantastic! They were very professional and personable. They were very quick to come and look at our job-site and provide us with an accurate estimate. Melissa has been great with communication and timely responses. Construction crew did a great job. They really took their time to make sure everything was right. Our overall experience has been fantastic, and we highly recommend Septic Check!
They definitely deserve five stars from me. They were very fast at getting out to me and it didn't take them long to fix my problem. They were very professional and even went above to clean things up when they were done. I will definitely use them again if I have sewer issues, let's hope no more toys find themselves getting flushed down the toilet and getting stuck in my sewer drain. Give them a call if you are having issues.
