To be fair, I was advised to arrive early as the facility gets full quickly, but that aside, everyone was polite, direct, and I was actually finished and leaving by my scheduled appointment time. I appreciate the efficiency!
It was awesome.They took me on a walk in because they schedule my d o t physical and drug screening at a examiner's office without the officer to examine, and they took me in at this facility on the fly.I just had to fill out a couple extra documents and I got my exam.It was the last day too.So kudos
It’s one of few places that accept walk ins! That alone is awesome!
Their customer service agent (front desk) made me feel welcomed, and quickly started my process. Within 20 mins I was done!
