The instruction and atmosphere is inspiring. A variety of classes are offered and all abilities are welcome. Being new to the area I really felt accepted. I love their service to the community as well. I really value Yoga Melrose.
Yoga Melrose's Virtual Studio has been my lifejacket as I tread through these pandemic waters. I find comfort in my daily Yoga Melrose practice. The instructors are dedicated, kind, and welcoming of every body. I highly recommend the curious to advanced yogi's to check out Yoga Melrose LLC.
There is happy hour with cocktails and then there is happy hour {yoga style}. After a long week.. I attended the Restorative Class on Friday eve. It was a very beautiful experience. The ambiance is warming and very comfortable. Anne was very welcoming and was very helpful and accommodating to all the students. I was very impressed and highly recommend you visit. Thank You.
