My mother. 58 year old woman dead after less than 24 hours of discharge due to lack of care or patience from staff. When reached out afterwards to express concerns, hospital VP refused to help us and basically said “what do you want”— we want nothing but for you to learn! Which they refuse to do as they won’t even give you access to patient experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would! the surgeons do not follow the appropriate pre- op procedures, and they will not take accountability for putting yours and your unborn child’s life in jeopardy. The billing department is also extremely compromised. Do not put your life or wellbeing in their hands; they just see you as a medical bill to rack up, instead of a person.

On December 1st, 2022 I went into urgent care because I had moments I felt weak and was seeing flashing in my right eye. I was told that I need to see my normal Dr. I was able to see him on December 12th, 2022; 11 days later. I took Avera tell March 1st, 2023 to order an MRI that found a super ball size brain tumor in my head. They said they would transfer me to the Mayo Clinic. It's March 23rd, 2023 and they have yet to get all my documents.
