One satisfied customer noted that Z Cellphone Repair had the best quality repair service in Minnesota, with prices cheaper than where Samsung had recommended. The customer was hesitant at first, as they went to a "kiosk vendor," but they were impressed by the owners' knowledge and service. The owners use aftermarket parts, just like a mechanic would for a car, and the customer was pleased with the quick turnaround time of only 90 minutes.
Another customer had a cracked Motorola screen and had ordered a new one on Amazon. However, big box stores refused to touch it as they only had the screen and not the case/cover. The customer then remembered a friend's recommendation to visit the mall kiosk. The repair service was easy to find, and the customer was pleased with the fast, efficient, and friendly service. The repairman thoroughly cleaned the phone and even put on a screen protector that came with the new screen.
In summary, Z Cellphone Repair in Maplewood Mall offers a wide range of repair services for various mobile devices at affordable prices. They have knowledgeable owners who provide fast and efficient service, using aftermarket parts that are just as good as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. The customers were impressed with the quick turnaround time and the thorough cleaning of the devices before returning them. Overall, Z Cellphone Repair is a reliable and trustworthy repair service that uses high-quality parts and provides excellent customer service.
