Today I was seen by John Olafson. He is not the person i usually see. (Tho Erin V is also amazing) The compassion shown me is overwhelming. Ive had some very life altering events recently. Without getting into too much, John showed empathy while being extremely tuned into the reason for my Visit. My many experiences with TCPC I would describe as phenomenal
Bravo to whoever recruits, hires, trains and employees this staff. Professional and caring are a definite requirement. I cannot say enough good things about Twin cities Pain Clinic.
Erin listens to my concerns. She never minimizes my pain or dismisses me. I am grateful to have found a pain clinic that doesn't trivialize my pain and issues, listens and responds to my concerns, and helps me as much as not only Erin, but everyone I have come into contact with at the clinic has done. Can't thank them enough.
I liked this doctor. It was my first time seeing him and he was very personable, kind and understanding as well easy to talk too because he was interested in what was going on with me. I'd be happy to see him again.
