I'm from Maplewood, MN and I wanted to go to a local business. Tommy was in Maplewood and seemed affordable so I decided to give Tommy a try. Boy, am I glad I went to Tommy! Previously, I had been to a known name repair entity and was not happy with their customer service and attempts to upsell. My laptop was "stuck" before the set-up screen and would not boot up. On my own, I tried numerous self-help steps that didn't work and knew I needed someone who could complete a better assessment of the situation than me. I got to see my fiancée and step-son come home everytime they visited Tommy’s with the biggest smiles on their faces! They got such a good deal on their Gaming System and I’m so excited to hear them playing GTA six when it finally comes out in 2028!!!
Zo and Ash helped me and my son build our first gaming OC WVER!!! we have been researching what to get for over a year looking at deals at Micro Center looking at used ones online at Facebook marketplace and everything just didn’t seem quite right until a friend of mine gifted me a 20 Adt graphics card and Zoe built an absolute monster to run it It could easily run any of the 50 generations that just came out so when the money is right we will be upgraded ready.!!
