My wife had an appointment scheduled at another salon for the morning of our son's wedding. They canceled. Scrambling, my wife found Salon by Nancy. Not only were they able to clear space for her that morning, but they did her hair quickly and well...they also got a manicure done that looked great. Thank you for your great customer service in the midst of a potentially horrible situation for us.

Called for a spur of the moment walk-in color & cut for myself & a friend on a HOLIDAY when every other salon was closed or booked out 10+ days. Nancy said she could take us in 20 minutes and she wasn’t even at the salon when we called! This was our first time at the salon, not regular customers but we will be from now on. She listened to what we wanted, made suggestions for my color (highlights instead of all over color) & did an amazing job! Customer service was exceptional, professional & her experience shows. We went in Golden Girls & came out Charlie’s Angels! Love the results!

I went in spontaneously, and I got in right away with Bella ! She took such good care of me and my toes ! I got a regular pedicure, and my feet and toes look amazing, and she gave such a great massage. I’ll definitely be back !
