I’m honestly shocked by the negative feedback here. I’ve been a patient for at least 10 years and have never had a bad experience with Dr. Lidner. He is direct, efficient, and to the point—which I appreciate because it means your teeth are in good shape and you aren't stuck in the chair. Underneath that quick style, he is actually so nice and genuinely cares about his patients.
And Rachel is the absolute best hygienist. She is thorough, incredibly gentle, and makes every visit stress-free. I would literally follow Rachel anywhere to keep getting my cleanings from her!
Don't let the bad reviews fool you. This is a fantastic team and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
This dental office accepted my insurance and made my appointment right away. The dentist has not suggested any outrageous procedures not covered or otherwise. Friendly staff.
