I had a wonderful experience with this alteration store! I brought in a bridesmaid dress and later a pageant dress to be altered, and all the times I’ve been there the service was excellent. My pageant dress was actually a wedding dress made from expensive material, and I didn’t even tell her yet and she already knew just by touching it! I was quite impressed! She handled it with such care, making sure everything fit me perfectly. She was super thoughtful and made the whole process quick and easy. She even educated me and pointed out where else she would alter to make the dress look more flattering on me. I went in there thinking I just needed the length to be shorter, thank goodness she is great at what she does! Everything was completed in a timely manner, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. I’m so happy to support a Hmong woman owned small business that truly goes above and beyond. She made me feel like she was my own mom, making sure I look great for a big day! Highly recommend!

This is truly my go-to place for alterations. I’m someone who’s very particular about how my dresses fit, and even though I ordered an XXS, it was still too big for me. These were my pageant dresses, and the fabric was all sequin, which I know isn’t easy to work with but she tailored them beautifully. I asked her to cinch in the waist and shorten the length so they would fit me just right, even with heels on, and she absolutely delivered. What I really appreciated most was how kind and patient she was. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she also took the time to explain what could and couldn’t be done based on the fabric. You can tell she really knows her craft and cares about doing things the right way. She and her husband were so welcoming and professional and they got everything done in a timely manner. It’s also Hmong owned which makes me even happier to support them. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you again for making me feel confident and beautiful in my dresses. I highly recommend Michelle‘s Alteration! There was no appointment needed and so it was convenient for me to just go in after work. My wedding dress was too long on me and so she was able to alter it perfectly. The alterations were done quickly and were affordable. Michelle was very sweet, easy to work with, and I was very happy with the quality of work!
