Two days before Christmas we lost our furnace. I made one call to Metro. Not only did Eric make time to immediately come out that day, he took time to be sure that he understood what we wanted and put it in action. The next day the furnace was ordered and install scheduled. We even got texts from him over Christmas to reconfirm details. Our new furnace was installed and new ductwork designed and changed (old was not a smart design) the day after Christmas. The installers were amazing! Polite, friendly yet professional, and cleaned up beautifully. Super good at what they do.
Needed a new water heater, called Matt at Metro and he came out to give us free estimates on a few options. Settled with a 50 gallon replacement and Brent came out to remove and install the new one. Requested the new one to be installed on a different side of our chimney stack. Brent made it happen, with new piping and fittings, within a couple of hours. Super friendly and knowledgeable team throughout the whole experience. Thanks Brent, highly recommended!
