I have visited the Maplewood Urgent Care three times.
Each time I did the schedule ahead and it was great!
I had very minimal wait and the providers I saw were great each time.
Check in at front desk was very efficient and staff helpful and friendly.
The CMAs were friendly and efficient as well!

The receptionist could be more welcoming. If you hate your job, find a new one.
Their doctors are the best. Dr Matheson handle all my problems and was so nice, I felt like she was my primary doctor. She took care of my needs. The nurse was also nice too. Yes, they may be busy sometimes but it's an Urgent care, it happens; please be patient.
Went here twice. Got almost nothing twice. I had a bad sinus infection, I get them every year,they always sit in my system for weeks. I verbally told them this. They gave me something for my cough nothing more.
Two weeks. I still had this infection. The cough medication was no longer enough. I received better care at another place. I'm better now, but my voice is still completely shot. Still coughing up phlegm.
Please listen to people next time and not shrug your shoulders when they say it sits in their system in regards to sinus infections. I'm having trouble singing now thanks to you. 😐
